Ordering Shirts For Your Event
Throwing an event is almost always stressful. Ordering
custom shirts for that event doesn't have to be. At ooShirts we try to make sure that our ordering process is as hassle-free as possible.
Artwork Approval
Before a design is okayed for printing, one of our graphic artists inspects it and approves the artwork. Artwork approval is one of the most common causes for order delays. This can happen in two ways:
1. The artwork is not high enough resolution. Images and artwork that are not high resolution will appear blurry and distorted when printed on the shirt. If this is the case, we will ask for new artwork, which means parts of the order process will need to be repeated. To avoid this time-waster make sure to submit images of good
picture quality.
2. Customer didn't approve the proof fast enough. If you select to have a proof sent to you for approval before the printing begins, it's best to approve it as fast as possible. We will not start printing until you give us the go-ahead, so every day that we wait is another day later that the order will arrive, as delivery is calculated from art approval.
Know Who You're Ordering For
Even if your shirts arrive on time, that doesn't guarantee how your
shirts fit. Sizing and fit are sensitive issues, which is why we offer a variety of styles. Note: If you're ordering for kids as well as adults, you may want to consider getting a
second set of screens.
