"I had a major issue with my order, and the issue had nothing to do with ooshirts. After my order was completed and on time, I realizes that we had send the wrong logo for the shirt order and the order was already complete. I explained the situation to customer service and asked them if it would be possible to get a discount on a reorder with the correct logo as we were done with our budget. To my surprise, they not only gave me a discount, they reprinted my correct order with no addition charge!! These guys are the best t-shirt company I have ever worked with, and not just because of how they resolved my issue. The quality of the shirts and printing is everything I could ever hope to have. I am a concert promotor, and will use this company for life, as well as highly recommend them to anyone that needs pro workmanship behind their product. Thanks again Ooshirts !! "The entire process was wonderful with the exception of the delivery. I paid an extra $50.00 to get it express however they arrived 4 days later. The upside is I filed a complaint/ claim and in 24hrs I was refunded my express fee and offered a,discount for my next order. I will definitely used them again as I have a family reunion coming up in July!"

"Second time purchasing. Great experience. Quality product, excellent pricing and fast deliver. Having said that, I have read a lot of negative reviews online. Mostly for never answering a phone call. I must admit, my phone calls went unanswered too, but I did get fast replies via email. My advise, answer the phone or stop mentioning that we can call :) "
