"I had no issues, so there was no need for me to contact customer service for anything. It's an easy enough site to figure out exactly what you're doing and place orders quickly. We placed our facilities order pretty "last minute" but received our shirt in plenty of time to hand them out to all of our HHA's. "

"My design came out great! Great job on the printing! The only reason I didn't give a higher rating on Customer Service was because there was no way to contact you by phone or chat. Email is just too slow. Even if you just changed to a non-toll-free phone number for Customer Service it would have been acceptable. I get a little panicky when I can't reach a company I'm trying to do business with by phone. But with that said, I love my Ts and I will do business with you again in the near future."

"I am happy with the service and delivery The overall quality of the shirts and printing is also good. The two times I have contacted customer service the staff was friendly ,helpful, and quick to respond with clear answers, I have one issue that i will be contacting about during next business hours as a few of my shirts 4 out of 42 - were not printed correctly , missing colors/ design etc As long as that can be remidied and i can get replacement shirts for the misprints I am very happy with the service and shirts and would reccomend to others !!"
