"I had a RUSH order and they delivered on time! Thank you so much! The shirts were perfect and the Cast of the play loved them!!! Customer Service via telephone and instant chat on the website were down the week of my order, but they kept in touch via email and one text message to alert me of the status of my order. "

"This is the fourth year we have utilized ooshirts for our end-of-year awards T-Shirts. And once again they did not disappoint. The original design proved to be problematic and the artists and customer service representatives at ooshirts were incredibly helpful in rectifying any issues. The end result are some fabulous shirts for our awards assembly. If there is one complaint, it is with the difficulty of communicating with ooshirts. The phone number directs one to use the chat feature on the website. It is nearly impossible to speak with anyone. Very frequently the chat feature was not engaged since there was no one in. This can be frustrating when one receives an email stating to get in touch with ooshirts. I hope that this can be addressed. However, once contact was made, as said above, everyone I communicated with was incredibly helpful and patient."
