"When I discovered a mistake shortly after placing my first order, I called and the person who answered the phone took care of fixing my mistake while I was on the phone, sent me a confirmation and even pushed my order up in the queue since I was in a rush. The shirts are high quality and the printing is fantastic. I had read some bad reviews on line but took a chance on a friend's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised.
