"You guys are great! I was really impressed by the delivery, it arrived before the estimated date. Also, there was always someone keeping in touch with me to ensure my order was going smoothly. I was also very impressed when I got a call to help me reduce the price. In my printing, I had a part that was the same color as the shirt. I received a call from you guys, telling me I could just leave that part without print, and I would save the money. It really made it seem as though there is actually people working there, and it is not just one big company that doesn't take its orders seriously. I will definitely continue doing business with you, as I am very pleased! Please do not lose this "personal" touch as you become bigger."
