"As a university, we've used a lot of custom t-shirt companies, but none of them have been as great as ooShirts.com. We had to rush the order, but even with the crunch time, ooShirts got us the shirts a whole week before we needed them. We had zero hassle with payment, the design, shipment, or communication.
