"i really appreciated the well-designed, user-friendly site and loved that i could talk to someone right away with questions! i only gave the shirts a "4" for quality because some of the ink was not applied as well on some of my shirts (less saturated/full application, so i could see some holes), but overall i was happy!"

"Your customer service is excellent. You strive to make the best graphics possible on poor images (in my case). The 2 shirts I ordered turned out great! I will be using your site in the future as I enjoy the capability to chose the type of shirt, color, size and adding my own creation to the shirt. The only draw back I can see for improvement is if you want to order the same design but in different sizes. I needed to submit different orders (& remit payment this way as well). Your shipping dept. knew to include them in one package though which was appreciated!"
